Sirs:

I am enclosing two public documents filed with the Second Judicial District Court in Albuquerque, New Mexico that will sustain  both a bribery of  Judge Alan Malott and extreme  public corruption of the New Mexico court system of our government that entails criminal acts against my rights for due process and equal protection and legal use of the court system to address torts and wrongs done to me for legal redress. There are actions involved here to stop use of the courts and defeat any ability of redress by bribery and mis use of power of "Rule 11" to over power the Constitution and US Code as well a clear statutory violations by a judge in the State of New Mexico; none condoned by Congress or the NM State Legislature.

I ask for a complete investigation of the public corruption of the matters involved here in CV-12-1307, CV-12-10816 and you will find other persecution and punishment  against me as a pro-se Plaintiff or Defendant in other cases in New Mexico including DV-12-234 and DM-12-610 wherein court records are destroyed and blocking legal appeals by the district court and the NM Court of Appeals, and a past case NM Court of Appeals No.27,127 wherein Judge Fry presided over my case while being a Defendant to me in a federal civil rights law suit, in which she, without mandated trial, stole my $400,000.00 ranch without any due process and equal protection.

"Self police" of the NM Judicial Standards and higher courts is ineffective due to the corruption of the court system and Judge Alan Malott is the epitome of such corruption.  The only recourse I have as a US citizen is to turn this information to all agencies capable of investigation and prosecution of  US Code Title 18 "criminal acts". This entails a "conspiracy against rights", "deprivation of rights under color of law", "obstruction of justice" and other criminal acts  both state and federal to include bribery of a public official.
