NOTICE  OF APPEAL TO THE NEW MEXICO COURT OF APPEALS

COMES NOW the Plaintiff with his timely notice of appeal of all decisions, Orders and Judgments from the onset of both cases CV-12-1307 and CV-12-10816 that were later consolidated including, but not limited to the illegal “dismissal” of both cases on October 1, 2013 under the fraudulent guise of “sanctions” to punish the Plaintiff properly exercising his New Mexico statutory rights under both NMSA 38-3-3 and 38-3-9 and legal attempts to recuse Judge Malott for cause of Constitutional, statutory and Rule public corruption of discharge of duties to follow law, due to the proven fraud and criminal bribery of all Defendants and their attorneys of Floyd Wilson, Alicia Santos and Alain Jackson facilitation of the bribery of Judge Alan Malott. The Plaintiff has proven without shadow of doubt and saturated the trial court record with the violations of all law meant to protect and insulate the Defendants from these tort suits, and despite Motions for reconsideration at each deprivation of due process and equal protection of the law, Judge Malott continues to imprison the Plaintiff in his court without relief of peremptory excusal, recusal for cause, and defeats a change of venue so as to perform adequately in the bribery obligations to the Defendants so as to then force the Plaintiff into a full appeal. The Plaintiff hereby appeals these matters entirely to the NM Court of Appeals.
