COMPLAINT CONCERNING A JUDGE
SECTION I

Judge Hadfield has willfully lied under her Oath to deliberately deprive due process and equal protection of the laws in sedition and treason against the Constitution of the United States and that of New Mexico. Judge Hadfield has made deliberate, slanderous and personal derogatory remarks against Respondent David Derringer showing that she is totally embroiled in the controversy of DV-12-234 and DM-12-610. David Derringer was “ordered” to give up both possession and control of the Chevy Silverado and to give up his claim to his rightful inheritance on April 3, 2013 in DM-12-610. David Derringer entirely complied with the grand larceny of Judge Hadfield without any possible jurisdiction to do these act, and yet Judge Hadfield maligns and slanders David Derringer in open court on April 3, 2013, stating that “David might be playing games with the court”. She has deliberately blocked any appeal of her ruling on April 3, 2 013 with no written order so as to agree and help the pleas that Petitioner Barrie Derringer made to “block and stop any further appeals of David Derringer”. Judge Hadfield knows that without a written order the Respondent can’t properly file any motion for reconsideration under NMRA Rule 60 and cannot appeal to the NM Court of Appeals. The blocking of any appeal is both deliberate and “obstruction of justice”. Current appeal of this matter is ongoing in the NM Court of Appeals under No. 32,326 and the NM Supreme Court under Petition for Write of Certiorari. I attach pleadings that are very specific of what egregious acts are occurring here in defiance of all law, and this matter should be viewed as of the actual hearings of February 8, 2013 and April 3, 3013 by this Commission and the NM Supreme Court. Judge Hadfield is now the  advocate and litigator for the Petitioner, admonishing David Derringer for loving his wife and chastising David Derringer with denial of any mediation or counseling.  David Derringer has motioned Judge Hadfield to recuse for cause in which she refused, time and time again, forcing David Derringer before this court. In the latest matter, Judge Hadfield steals the Derringer Chevy truck and gives it to Barrie Derringer, when the truck is not “community property” as owned by Wells Fargo Dealer Services by lien of loan of which David Derringer is the primary of the loan. Approximately $15,000.00 is owed on this vehicle and David Derringer has $12,000.00 of sole and separate inheritance money that Judge Hadfield not only ignores, but purposefully allows Barrie Derringer to make “unjust enrichment” to steal this money by her keeping “equity”. This is nothing more than grand larceny by Judge Hadfield with power as a judge. As David Derringer exposes the criminal acts and corruption of this court on the Internet with posting the legal public records of court pleadings of both DM-12-610 and DV-12-234, both Commissioner Cosgrove/Aguilar and Judge Hadfield act in conspiracy with Barrie Derringer to take David Derringer’s 1st Amendment rights to stop this exposure, knowingly violating at least 5 recent decisions regarding the Internet and the 1st Amendment of the NM Court of Appeals, as well as violations of oath and violations of many federal decisions regarding the 1st Amendment, and change the “civil” matter of DV-12-234 into a “criminal” matter against David Derringer claiming violations of NMSA “HARASSMENT” in which without any criminal trial, without any attorney, without any jury or opportunity to be heard, David Derringer is “sentenced” to 30 days in jail. Judge Hadfield“lied” to the public of the United States where she “swore to God” to uphold the Constitution and statutory laws to attain office of “judge”, and then simply mis-uses her power to do as she wants over any issue on the opposite side of the law in total violation of the State of New Mexico Code of Judicial Conduct Canon 1, 2, 3, and 4.  I will continue to expose this continue to expose these and other unlawful activities until some element of the Government takes corrective action. Prei, Inc. v. Columbia Pictures 508 U.S. 49, 113 S.Ct. 1920, 1925, 123 L. Ed. 2d 611 (1993).
I believe the judge has done the following (please check as appropriate):

SECTION II

ALLEGATION 1:

Judge Hadfield has violated and defied all law Constitutional, statutory, case laws, and US Code with full knowledge of ruling in higher court that prevent her decisions. The sedition and treason Judge Hadfield mandates removal from the bench. All acts by corruption by Judge Hadfield are against David Derringer in “conspiracy against rights” and “deprivation of rights under color of law”. Judge Hadfield are working for the state of New Mexico in violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct Canon 1-5 and must be immediately removed from office of any service to the state of New Mexico.

ALLEGATION 2:

Judge Hadfield has done criminal acts against David Derringer and turned a civil complaint into a criminal complaint without David Derringer’s Constitutional entitlement to Miranda rights, attorney, jury, due process, equal protection and total violations of the 6th Amendment in a  “conspiracy against rights” and “deprivation of rights under color of law”. Judge Hadfield are working for the state of New Mexico in violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct Canon 1-5 and must be immediately removed from office of any service to the state of New Mexico.

ALLEGATION 3:

Judge Hadfield has personally attacked David Derringer with personal slanderous remarks and persecution in a proven bias and prejudice and has committed criminal larceny of David Derringer’s personal property and inheritance monies in a  “conspiracy against rights” and “deprivation of rights under color of law”. Judge Hadfield are working for the state of New Mexico in violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct Canon 1-5 and must be immediately removed from office of any service to the state of New Mexico.

ALLEGATION 4:

Judge Hadfield has willfully worked in conspiracy with Barrie Derringer and attorney Alain Jackson by their request to stop any further appeals of David Derringer. Judge Hadfield has made an Order of April 3, 2013 to steal the David Derringer truck and personal property and money and made it impossible for David Derringer to either motion for court for retrial or reconsideration in blocking motion under NMRA Rule 1-059 and 1-060 and with deliberate non-written order has blocked David Derringer’s legal right to “NOTICE OF APPEAL” that cannot be friled at any time since April 3, 2013 in a “conspiracy against rights” and “deprivation of rights under color of law” and “obstruction of justice” meant to block and deny ability to appeal.  Judge Hadfield are working for the state of New Mexico in violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct Canon 1-5 and must be immediately removed from office of any service to the state of New Mexico.
