This matter started with my wife Barrie Derringer apparently going either emotionally out of control, or completely subjected to the cult force and control of both her bosses at NAI Maestas and Ward Commercial Real Estate, and the control of her parents, all taking advantage of Barrie in the aftermath of the emotional devastation of the house fire we had two days before last Christmas, that killed 5 of our dogs. An extreme and emotional time for both of us, but instead of sticking by her husband and her marriage "forsaking all others", Barrie apparently chose to run away from responsibility and her vows, and instead leave me with the entire disaster mess aftermath. Either she is completely confused or underlying not the wonderful person that I thought her to be. In either case, Barrie has turned either back to the drugs she had been exposed to before by her previous biker husband Charles Beverley and that raw life style, or is now totally controlled by her abusive bosses Steve Maestas, Debbie and Irwin Harmes of Maestas and Ward or is suffering from some mental or emotional collapse, totally unlike the loving wife I was married to. I know that Barrie is totally submissive to others, and is non-assertive, and easily controlled and manipulated by others; a fact that I always sought to protect her from such abuse from others including attempting to get her to leave the abuse of Maestas and Ward since I met and married her. As "opportunistic", they apparently now have full control of Barrie, or Barrie's personality has totally changed from the loving wife I knew into a person that is now doing criminal acts against me, with the full backing of the "gang" of Maestas and likely her past friends of the biker/cocaine crowd she once knew. I also know that there is a serious problem with her being the accountant of Maestas and Ward, and have all the time we were married been concerned that they are forcing or coercing Barrie to "cook the books" of the accounting of that firm, with extreme amounts of money floating around in that multimillion dollar corporation, with Steve Maestas having a large stable of millions of dollars of exotic cars and other acquisitions that in such a present economy with all other "real estate" corporations floundering and failing, Maestas "flourishes"?? I have witnessed Steve Maestas severely verbally abuse Barrie, demeaning, and cussing her into tears and groveling; an extreme situation to watch your own wife go through, and have the impression during the three years of our marriage that she was involved in illegal and criminal activities as "accountant" wherein Maestas had a hold on Barrie or some extortion going on, maybe involved with laundering drug monies or other extreme activities. What I do know is that Barrie is "afraid" to quit that company, and afraid to get another job in the State of New Mexico. Barrie works at least 60 hours per pay period that she does not receive compensation, gets no proper lunch break each day, and does not get her morning and afternoon breaks, according to federal laws, and I have informed the federal labor board of these violations against Barrie by Maestas. Hence, Maestas wants me out of Barrie's life and is favoring the divorce action with money, assistance and political pressure. Barrie, however, criminally attacked both myself and our animals on February 6, 2012 with her Petition for Order of Protection that created a "no-contact order" so as the Maestas cult has full control of Barrie without any input, advice or protection of Barrie by her own husband. Barrie has made a devastatingly bad decision in her life by choosing to be controlled and manipulated by her job and family instead of sticking by her marriage and the one person in her life that loves her unconditionally and never hurt her in any way. It is pathetic that a woman on her third marriage in her 50's does not understand life to realize that she needs to be loyal and faithful to the spouse, instead of frivolous outside influences. However, the real situation at this time, is that Barrie worked with the Maestas "gang" to break and enter our storage to take everything before filing divorce, and in the process either planned or certainly was a party to criminal assault and battery with 12 other persons against David Derringer when I caught the action taking place. This matter was with the two bosses of a multimillion dollar corporation taking their own time on a Saturday with 10 other person, Maestas company trucks and equipment to assist an "employee" to steal property, and doing assault and battery against the husband of that employee; obviously a scenario that a "boss" does not do for an employee accountant. I recognized two of the attackers as Debbie and Irwin Harms, two of Barrie's bosses at Maestas, and don't know the other 10 persons involved criminally. When the operation failed to steal everything, Barrie, with clear advice by others filed a bogus Petition for Order of Protection against me on February 4, 2012 in perjury, fraud, falsification of the court record, and in clear "malicious prosecution" and abuse of process. With the corruption of the family judicial courts, without any standard of proof, and indeed, without any evidence of claims of domestic violence, a no-contact order of protection was issued "civilly" with no criminal complaint against me, yet illegally taking my 2nd Amendment rights without legal ability. This court corruption continued with Judge Hadfield and I now have all of this matter in two separate cases in the New Mexico Court of Appeals. In the meantime, Barrie had done this perjury and fraud "under oath" by notary, knowing better than to lie to a notary, being one herself; all of which is a 4th degree felony. The lies and fraud from Barrie have continued provably since February 6, 2012 in all courts of DV-12-234 and DM-12-610 including Barrie impeaching herself under oath multiple times in court testimony, and Barrie continuing to abuse and abandon the animals, itself a criminal action under NMSA 30-18-1. To date, Barrie has criminally violated David Derringer by perjury, fraud, animal abuse, larceny/conversion, assault and battery, conspiracy, being an accessory to violent crimes, tortious fraud, domestic violence admitted to under oath, and a "conspiracy against rights" and "deprivation of rights under color of law"; federal criminal acts.Barrie is on multiple bi-polar medications of anti-depressants, anti-anxiety, sedatives and tranquilizers as well as five different medications with the narcotic "codeine", and has admitted under oath in court testimony to being "suicidal". To protect myself, as a US citizen with my own rights, I have been forced to sue Barrie and her bosses for many of these torts in February 6, 2012 CV-12-1307 Derringer v. Maestas et al. and in November 26, 2012 of CV-12-10816 David Derringer v. Barrie "Crowe" (Derringer) et al for numerous torts. Now in malicious prosecution and abuse of process, Barrie goes back to reopen the Order of Protection of DV-12-234 on December 11, 2012, claiming without substance or evidence, but simply in retribution and revenge of CV-12-10816 David Derringer v. Barrie "Crowe" (Derringer) that the Order of protection has been violated, but simply to attempt to mis-use the courts to now deprive David Derringer his 1st Amendment rights, that David Derringer has exposed the corruption of Barrie, the family court system and all involved on the Internet by public records of court pleadings; that not only expose the perjury and fraud by Barrie, but expose the violations of Constitution and laws by Commissioner Cosgrove/Aguilar and Judge Hadfield. The first law suit against Maestas and Ward is ongoing, but all involved defy discovery to the criminal 10 perpetrators of the assault and battery that I do not know, and law enforcement takes no proper part in finding these "criminals" to allow me either criminal or civil prosecution. In short, both APD and Bernalillo County Sheriff Department defy, ignore and are in total discharge of New Mexico statutory mandates under law to "investigate a crime, and proceed to criminal prosecution" as defined by NMSA 29-1-1, but instead have other agenda's either being told not to investigate by political pressure or being paid off by the multimillion dollar corporation of Maestas and Ward. I have talked to both the IRS and FBI regarding why Maestas would still have "employee" Barrie Derringer both as an employee and particularly working as their accountant still, with all financial records when husband David Derringer sued that company for over a million dollars, and both federal agencies, as do other attorneys contacted believe this is beyond strange, but indicate some ulterior motive, work slave situation with Barrie or that Barrie is under some threat not to leave and wherein Maestas will not let her leave. One would think that Barrie would know that her own husband would do anything to save her from any mess she is involved in, including moving her from the country if needed, but is either too afraid, or is a total party to whatever is going on, and Barrie has instead turned into a criminal against her own husband, when in reality, David Derringer is the only person in the world that loves Barrie enough to help and protect her under any set of circumstances. I first went properly to law enforcement Bernalillo County Sheriff Department in February, 2012 and had to file charges against my wife for her criminal acts. Even though I love this woman with all of my heart, she as all citizens still have to obey the laws of the United States and no one is above the laws, as well as Barrie has to somehow realize that all she is doing is simply "wrong". Despite spending several hours with your investigators at the time, with their assurance that there would be an investigation, your agency disregarded their duties and simply ignored and dropped everything; not known at that time whether or not the Sheriff Department had been contacted by Maestas or other. I proceeded to also go to the APD and file, which was sent to white collar crime, assigned to Detective Weber, who stated that all matters would be written up and sent to the District Attorney, and then ignored the matter for months. Upon pushing this matter with APD, I was then criminally attacked by the officers and Sergeant over Detective Weber with "criminal extortion" that they would find some way of filing criminal charges against me, if I did not drop the criminal charges against Barrie Derringer. Clearly, the "criminal extortion" was meant to intimidate me to drop the issue, and it became clear that the millions of dollars of Maestas and Ward and political pressure and influence by Barrie's cult bosses played a part in this extortion attempt to stop me. I was then forced to file action with internal affairs against the "criminal officers" doing these acts against me from APD; and "why" does everyone want to protect Barrie from the crimes she has committed, but some powerful influence beyond what Barrie has capability. I then reopened this matter way back in the summer of 2012 with Bernalillo County Sheriff Department, and finally, after several complaints and contacting the higher command, it was assigned to Detective Lobato of white collar crime for investigation and with promise that it would go to the District Attorney within a couple of weeks. That was in August, 2012. Then, I have a phone text in October, 2012 from Detective Lobato that it would be sent to the DA "next week". Without any completion, I was forced to contact Captain Tyler, and was again assured that it would be in the DA's office several times, and this was in November and December, 2012. I expressed concern that the statute of limitations is one year, meaning that the deadline for any summons or arrest seems to be before February 6, 2013. Here we are now only a few days away from the deadline, in mid January, 2013 with only the same empty promises, and basically stonewalling and delaying the matter so that the Sheriff department can then say the time has expired and they cannot proceed. Clearly, Detective Lobato is not the problem here, as if he is really that inefficient that he cannot write a report in a period of 7 or 8 months to get to the DA, he would have been fired long ago and replaced by a competent individual. The problem is obvious, here that the higher in command have told those in this matter to delay, obstruct justice and have prevented this matter going on to prosecution. Notably, Barrie Derringer does not have the money or political connections to gain this immunity and non-compliance with the criminal code of New Mexico, but Maestas and Ward does have both the money and political connections to render this matter mute, and either pay off individuals or put pressure on others to stop any action against their "accounting slave" they seem to need to protect whatever their criminal bookkeeping actions are, by direct involvement. What is clear here is that nothing is happening after 11 months of several valid criminal complaints by David Derringer to a law enforcement agency mandated to "perform" under state law NMSA 29-1-1, and clearly something is underlying this matter. The other tel-tale sign is that when sued by David Derringer, the NAI Maestas and Ward Commercial Real Estate Corporation, is defended by the law firm Oliver and Price, attorney Floyd Wilson. Both interesting and unique, is that then when Barrie Derringer (Crowe) and her parents are sued as only citizen individuals by David Derringer in a separate legal case, they as individuals are now also defended by the same Corporate law firm retained by Maestas and Ward. This is no coincidence, but a matter of the illegal involvement of Maestas and the cult control of keeping Barrie as an "accountant" in some matter that is not obviously legal, and Maestas and Ward is willing to spend large amounts of money for some end result that only Barrie is either forced or coerced into that end reward for Maestas. Barrie Derringer has no degree, is not a CPA and thousands of other and younger and better trained persons are in the public work force that Maestas could hire at a much lower salary to do all of the jobs assigned to Barrie Derringer. The same applies that Barrie Derringer is made to do three separate jobs of "accountant", "Internet Technician" and "Personnel Management" with only a salary for one job, but putting over 60 hours each pay period too much, where in the past she was so abused and afraid of Maestas that Barrie, when married with David Derringer thought forced to go in to work at 2:00AM because she could not sleep due to the pressure. Any normal human being would have quit and told such a boss to "shove it". Because of the extreme corruption of the family courts in this matter, David Derringer has been forced to expose this corruption to the "world" on the Internet so that everyone can see the forces at play here that not only defeat the laws and enforcement of same, but defeat "America" by sedition and treason against the very foundation of law and order and the underlying marriage institution of which this country is based. I have placed pleadings on the Internet to expose these atrocious acts by the corruption of the courts when Judicial Standards have failed, and the New Mexico Supreme Court has knowledge of this matter by David Derringer's "Petition for Writ of Superintending Control" and yet denied and failed to act legally and responsibly to stop the court corruption in New Mexico. Your agency has now forced me to do the same in this matter. Criminal acts have been perpetrated against me as a New Mexico citizen, that are real, provable, and must be prosecuted according to the criminal code of New Mexico, and the Sheriff Department has already tried a similar approach as APD with Detective Lobato mentioning that he might file "harassment" charges against me if I don't drop these issues as "intimidation" and attempts at "extortion", and I have not backed down. So obviously the plan at this time is to lead me on month after month until the statute of limitations precludes prosecution and the matter is then dropped. I thus ask you directly why this matter will not be written up and submitted to the District Attorney for timely prosecution by January 16, 2013? In the meantime, as this date of today January 14, 2013, I will place this email in a blog on the Internet for the world to see the corruption of this entire matter, until some element of our government takes proper action. Clearly also, if the underlying matter her is involved with drug money or other underlying criminal activities under the RICO ACT, your agency should be more concerned about those activities instead of telling a "good husband" that the "honeymoon was simply over" and Barrie decided to "move on". It is not that simple and your agency knows better. Of no doubt, the Maestas money, political connections or other will prevail, and the law enforcement and judicial corruption will keep this matter under cover and control, and until somehow Barrie comes to her senses or further destroys her life by staying with the wrong people, I can do nothing to either save my wife or stop the machinery of the corruption of our government, but I can expose all to the world; as is obvious why Barrie and those behind her seek to take away my 1st Amendment rights of "freedom of speech" so that this matter cannot be known by other countries, with the tyranny and oppression that is occurring in this matter, by the corruption of government officials in the United States of America.
